DEAD LIMITED TO 50 MOURNERS TO BURY THEM: ALJAMA WINS AMENDMENT TO BYE LAW

The City of cape Town backed down on a bylaw restricting 50 mourners to enter their cemeteries to bury a loved one unless special permission is granted. It also backed own on a provision declaring the surviving spouse to be the next of kin in an amendment by AL JAMA-AH won by 190 votes to 11. Customs will now apply. Bylaws set to wake up the dead will be debated by councillors on 22/6/2011 in the chambers of the City of cape Town. Looking into the future the bylaws make provision to dump dead bodies into the sea and freeze already dead bodies to death for later disposal. What bizarre futuristic thinking by the staff of the City Manager. Then they want to level raised mounds after three months to help with mowing. When is the dead going to be left to rest in peace?
