Al Jama-ah Drakenstein region cooked soup for the victims of the fire disaster in Newton, Wellington.
The ingredients for the meal were donated by Mustadafin Foundation. Fieldworkers from Women on Farms assisted with the serving.
Contralesa COJ and Gotlisa Lerato Bathong, invited the Deputy Minister of Social Development, Honourable Ganief Hendricks to engage in a dialogue with the community of Protea South Soweto, Ward10, on issues relating to GBV and to share experiences with PWDs.
The disability community awareness day took place at the Protea South Multipurpose Hall on the 30th April.
