Aljama-ah hosted a gathering for Change and progress in Qwa-Qwa
Leaders and Community Members from Harrismith and surrounding Areas met on the 15th February 2026 at Tebang Primary School, Main Road, Qwa-Qwa Free State to discuss how the community could better work together to build a better future for Qwa-Qwa.
The DM of Social Development, Honourable Ganief Hendricks, was in attendance – with experts on community empowerment.
Community members were invited to attend the second session, to share their concerns and ideas on how to address the challenges facing their community and engage in meaningful participation.
