ADV Yusuf Dalwai, Cape Town
Advocate Yusuf Khan Dalwai has a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB), and an Honours Degree in Islamic Studies. He is qualified and skilled in Mediation, Debt Counselling, Social Auxiliary Work (National Certificate), and has an International Diploma in Counselling. His fields of practice include Public law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Property Law. He is also a business rescue practitioner.
He has used these skills in assisting NPO’S and communities and has played a central role in legal reform and legislative drafting for Al Jama-ah. Yusuf is a family man, providing exemplary Islamic leadership in his household. He further loves to travel and explore our vast and varied communities and the diverse cultures across our beloved country.
