Al Jama-ah Party will be concluding its Heritage Month programmes under the theme, “Qur’an Is Our Heritage” as the melodious qur’anic recitals will be heard by the world’s top Qari (qur’anic reciter) Dr Ahmed Naina, in Macassar, the birthplace of Islam in South Africa more than 300 years ago.

Qari Dr Ahmed Naina, has been invited by Al Jama-ah to grace the party’s ‘Awards Ceremony For Qur’anic Reciters’ which will be taking place at Masjidus Saabiereen in Macassar on 9 November 2025; the party will hand over awards to 50 young Hafiz (memorisation of the entire Qur’an) students.
