AL JAMA-AH’s Western Cape Member of Legislature to lay charges against the nine Members of Parliament who visited Apartheid Israeli entity:
You are cordially invited to witness charges being laid against the nine South African Members of Parliament who visited the Zionist-Apartheid Israeli entity during April 2025.
Al Jama-ah Party is concerned that these MPs visited a country which is actively engaged in a genocide and systematic apartheid policies against the Palestinians people.
Their actions represent not just a derelict of duty, but a clear alignment with a regime that continues to oppress and dispossess. Their visit was an activity of apartheid and a crime against humanity.
Al Jama-ah has taken legal advice on lodging a criminal charge. The Party’s National Working Committee member (NWC) Moulana Galil Brinkhuis who is also a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Legislature (MPL) is on a mission on behalf of the party to criminalise apartheid activities in South Africa.
He will on Monday lay formal criminal charges against the nine MPs, and others who visited the Zionist Israeli entity and stated on their return: “what is happening in Israel is nothing like apartheid.” They are contravening the Roman Statute which states that apartheid is a crime against humanity.
