Councillor Thapelo Amad attended a career guidance event at the Ntwana high school in Jo’burg led by Discovery Health.
The program for the day included career guidance for the learners, a masterclass as well as a soccer tournament.
The range of masterclass topics included awareness around substance abuse, and gangsterism, which was hosted by the Department of Correctional Services. There was a talk on
GBV and Bullying rendered by Musa Khuzwayo as well as a talk on the “Journey to Manhood” rendered by Melody Miya
Thapelo Amad was afforded the honour of closing the proceedings of the event.
