Cllr Adv Shameemah Salie continues to render support in community.
Today she is in Parkwood supporting the opening of the Water Purification project – a collaboration between Parkwood upliftment community and Sharfas Foundation bringing water to the communities backyard dwellers.
Adv Salie appeals to Department of social development and broader community to support this amazing organizations uplifting our communities in need and who are constantly assisting seniors and those with disabilities at SASSA queues.

With the water being made available to the community in need we know all to well Sadaqah Jariyah: Providing water infrastructure like wells, pipes, or water tanks is a form of ongoing charity, yielding continuous rewards for the donor even after their passing.
