With local government elections approaching, Ward 58 candidate Faried Alexander was out in Claremont following Friday Jumu’ah prayers, engaging with mosque attendees and other community members.
The conversations provided an opportunity to introduce Al Jama-ah’s message, hear residents’ concerns and discuss the issues that matter to the community.
For Faried, campaigning means being present, making connections and opening the door to meaningful engagement about the future of Ward 58.
