Madibeng Ward 8 campaigners take the Al Jama-ah message into their neighbourhood, one street and one conversation at a time.
Together, they are walking between homes, speaking to residents, sharing pamphlets and signing up new members as they introduce their community to Kabelo Ashly Nthekiso, Al Jama-ah’s Ward 8 representative.
Their message is about participation, but also about what local government should deliver: reliable water and sanitation, better-maintained roads, opportunity and accountable management of municipal resources.
Al Jama-ah campaigners are helping bring that conversation to resident front doors — because local government affects everyday life, and every resident deserves a voice in shaping the future of their community
